Liberal Fascism & the American Socialist

If the Liberals would have gotten their way (sans collusion between the DNC and Clinton campaign), we would have had a Socialist on the Democratic ticket for President, running against one of the most successful Capitalists in our history.

There is also a very good chance that the election would have turned out differently, with the United States of America voting Socialism into the White House. Does anyone else see how crazy this is? The USSR, Fascist Italy, Nazi Germany…all socialist and communist governments and societies. All arch rivals of America, Land of the Free; fundamentally dispositional to American core values.

Yet here we are, with a polarized and divided country between Capitalists and Socialists. In broad strokes that is the primary difference.

  • Individual VS Collective
  • Independence VS State Power
  • Small Government VS Bigger Government
  • Less Regulation VS More Regulation
  • Distribution of Wealth VS Reap What You Sow

It goes on and on, but in essence it comes down to Individual responsibility and control versus less individualism for the greater collective equality.

Yet, the most heinous, evil regimes in the 20th century were all based on the collective good outweighing individual rights. Contrary to what many assume, Fascism is quote opposite to Capitalism and Free Enterprise. Instead, it is actually more closely similar to Communism, Marxism, Nazism … all of which are derivatives of Socialism (putting the society’s needs above those of the individuals). It places the State in control of production, commerce and industry thus limiting people from free enterprise, open employment, career advancement and competition as the government regulates and controls supply and demand and business. It then supplies the society with programs of social welfare to augment the gaps they have from earning more or open trade found in capitalism.

Still, we blame Trump and conservatives as being “Fascist” dictators, bent on the destruction of democracy and riot over our social, collective equality not being voted into the White House in Progressivism?

How twisted have we become that we are once again (see The New Deal) willing to give away our freedom and individual rights to a controlling and powerful government, in the promise of equality and a basic level standard of living from said government? And with this, we have denounced our traditional American values that once were opposed to Socialism to now have almost voted it into our Presidency.
