Breeding Permits

Every generation, America gets fatter, lazier, deeper in debt, unhealthier, and well…dumber. (a decade ago, I would have said less intelligent)

Highly educated people are having less children every generation (that’s a statistical fact…just Google it), and less educated folks are having more children…they have, after all learned that adding extra dependents equals more government subsidy and allotment in social programs.

Just as one day, everyone will have brown eyes, everyone will have basic IQ levels of intelligence, diabetes, heart conditions, bloated waste lines, allotted work duties and identical modular homes in identical communities .

Fast forward 50 years.

Overpopulation, flooding immigration and exponential reproduction from those who use child bearing as a means of income via federal subsidy will all but eliminate the hazel and blue eyes, motivation to self improve and higher levels of IQ and education. A mass of cloned oneness. The mental zombie apocalypse.

A sea of mediocrity, slogging through they day in ignorance. Living off a nanny country of social programs to induce thinklessness and dependency.

Looks pretty grim right?

Here is a radical idea to solve many of our world’s future problems.

Breeding Permits.

No different than applying for a credit card, driver’s license, home mortgage, loan, checking account, buying a gun, obtaining a passport…all of these “rights” require an application and based on your background, credit score, income or other form of making sure you are responsible enough in our society to safely and within good reason get what you are applying for.

So why not with having children too? Should you not have to prove that you can afford one (let alone 2, 3 or more) and responsibly provide for it?

If you have a felony (say from committing murder), you cannot buy a gun…ever, but this same murderer can have unlimited offspring who, based on sociology, have a higher predisposition of committing violent offenses.

You can’t get a loan unless you can show that you can afford to pay for the debt, yet you can add unlimited expenses to your household through having children without showing that you can responsibly afford and care for them.

If you have special needs, because of a limited IQ, you are not allowed a driving permit, as you may not have the mental dexterity or acuity to not be a danger to yourself or others while driving a vehicle. Not smart enough? No car for you. But, by all means go create as many intellectually disadvantaged kids as you want.

Look at adoption. It takes a ton of paperwork, evaluations, applications, screenings, interviews and money to make it through the approval process to adopt a child. They need to make sure the child will be put in a healthy, thriving home. Um…yeah.

So you want to have (birth) kids? Great, that is an amazing thing. Now, please fill out this application form which includes your financial solvency, earning potential, intelligence levels, education, occupation, legal history, family health history and criminal history. If initially approved, you will then have a mental health evaluation, fitness tests and in-home interviews. If you pass you will be awarded a permit to procreate, with the number of children you qualified for.

Now fast forward the same 50 years. No so grim anymore is it? A society that isn’t over-populated, has resources, is responsible with self-motivated, intelligent people.
